One day.. In the not too distant future.. We will hopefully have transitioned all our code, experiments, analysis and hardware designs to an open platform.

Until then you can check out my GitHub page or contact me directly. Recent publication data can be found below.

Data from Eisenreich et al. 2019 can be downloaded here.

Data for the OpenMonkeyStudio (2020) as well as code and models can be found on the projects GitHub repository.

Here is a list of open source (mostly) tools that we use and that we can highly recommend.

  • Open-Ephys is the most amazing Ephys software and hardware suite available

  • Monkeylogic and Monkeylogic2 are really good software packages for running experiments in NHP

  • For Psychophysics and human experiments PsychoPy is about the most well written software I know

  • ITK-SNAP offers image segmentation features

  • 3D Slicer is a medical image analysis toolbox that I will never fully understand

  • Shayo's 3D Planner Software for stereotactic surgical planning

  • OpenCV is a computer vision library that can do pretty much everything
